Controls Within Reach

Are the controls within reach of everyone?

A grimacing man in a wheelchair is trying to access photocopier keys that are too high and too far back to reach.

Controls must be placed in a location of easy access. This is illustrated with an image of a grimacing man in a wheelchair is trying to access the control keys on a big photocopier. The keys are on the far left back corner of the photocopier and the man is not able to reach them. This standard applies to other products with control keys such as printers, scanners, information transaction machines, and phones.
