Products must be usable from a wheelchair or similar mobility device. This is illustrated with an image of an angry looking senior in a scooter holding her umbrella above her head to hit the keys of an information kiosk with her umbrella. From a scooter, the key pad is out of reach and the screen is too high to view. This standard applies to other free standing products such as keypad entries, retinal scanners, photocopiers, scanners and multi-function devices.
