Product documentation should be usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. For example, written instructions are of little value to people who are blind. Users should be able to get documentation in a different format if they request it. This standard applies to all information, instructional material, support standards and product documentation (including descriptions of accessibility and compatibility features).
